Ms. Renata: I received a phone call supposedly from a Rogers representative. The individual said Rogers was offering a promotion for TV and internet for 60 dollars per month. Guaranteed lifetime pricing. What seemed suspect was when I asked what cost of additional TV would be. Rep said either 15 or 20. I asked which was it 15 or 20? He said 15. Then he asked for my Bell account number. Then he started asking for my date of birth and two pieces of financial information. Told him I never gave this information over the phone. Have Rogers call me and direct me to one of their stores. Then he said he had a Toronto promotions office number for Rogers 647-952-5445. Wanted me to call the number. Did a reverse search to find it wasn't even a Rogers provider that serviced that number. I think you should be aware a scam is being done in the name of your company and make the public aware of this practice.Nov 24, 2018
