I have a problem with Multichoice as they have disconnected by DSTV and I just know received two different amounts that I have to pay. The DSTV was disconnected without letting me know that I must pay and which amount I must pay. This is not the first time this is happening. I am very disappointed in Multichoice. They must phone me urgently to repair this mistake otherwise I will have to cancel everything with multichoice

Mr. Matthew: I switch on my TV as usual on Sunday morning an error (installation wizard) I phoned in multiple times to see if a consultant could help will no success all I was told to bring in the decoder to be check or I must call an installer they cant do anything. Mr. Solomon: I got email from DSTV telling me about the special of 295 to upgrade to Compact I quote "Upgrade and pay less enjoy ubum'nandi in 2018 for R295 with a price from 2014 offer valid till 31 March 2019. According to my understanding since I'm using explorer my installment will be R385 explorer services included. Now when I check my balance due on November 2nd, 2018 is R487. 62. I do realise that you have to have repeats of your programs. But we do find it most aggravating and disappointing that the repeats are on the following days. Programmes such as Hardtalk repeat their interviews for two days in a row. I could go on and on and on, but I am sure that my complaining will get no where.
