But unfortunately its a little complicated, due to me calling the number on the back of my card and its telling me, "Sorry, that is not a valid card number" and I try to put in my SSI number in and it says the same thing. We use Metabanks prepaid travel cards. They updated their site and now most of our October Transactions are missing. Their support emails do not work and their phone number will not allow me to talk to a real person to resolve this. We have 12 of these cards. This was sold as a business travel card yet no one can reconcile expenses with it because they messed up the site when they updated.

Hello I have two card with account number. The one that does not end in 0549 I had frozen because it was stolen with my tax refund pending on it now I have my replacement card currently ending in 6205 and I activated the card and submitted the forms I was asked for and the IRS refund status shows paid to my bank. The operator with customer service is saying I need a current utility bill which I have faxed three times and emailed too will you please tell me how I can or who I can get a hold offer my funds from tax refund available on either cards on my account thank you have a nice day.

Disputing unauthorized transaction no error requested all documents used merchant recorded phone calls they should have rejected my refund from irs January 30 i vicente vallejo never spoke to cs to answer security question i do not understand english i expected my refund on the 4th of febuary i would like for netspend to refund my money and also activity on my account prior to February 7th and also they did not do in vestigation proper or they would have sent all documents requested they have three days and its been 13 days.

I have a card with Netspend and my question is, Why is Social Security saying that the paper has been issued to load our benefits,, but Netspend is saying that it hasn't and that Metabank hasn't received the "go-ahead"? I'm not happy with this new meta bank situation at all I'm disabled and it's costing me more money than chase bank. I chose to pay the $5. 95 unlimited fee to save money because I'm disabled and this new setup has me very unpleased You said your daily limits are $500. 00 a day that's incorrect It's only $400. 00. Then I have to pay an extra $2. 50 now at the ATM plus $3. 00 fee. I can not afford that. Two transactions cost me $5. 50 each plus the unlimited $5. 95 fee. I will be moving my direct deposit .

On 6/12/14 i purchased a $10. 00 gift certificate from starbucks on my facebook account. On 6/23/14 two unauthorized transaction were made on my card from my facebook account
I immediately called the number on the back of my debit card-1-866-387-7363.
On 6/26/14 i called netspend again and i was told i had to file a letter of dispute and someone would get back with me to let me know the status of my account. I informed the agent that my direct deposit was going to loaded on to my card in the next couple of business day. I was assured that i would be able to use my card. After the conversation was ended i received a text message stating that my card had been canceled.
On 6/30/14 i faxed a letter of dispute. On 7/2/14 i called netspend to check the status. I spoke with andy, and was not satisfied. I ask to speak with a supervisor and was placed on hold for two hours i ended up hanging up.
