What is Lpandl in the Process of?

LP&L originally known as Lubbock Power and Light is a Lubbock based electric utility engaged in the generation and distribution of electricity to the residents of Lubbock and surrounding areas. It does every job related to supplying electricity and other offerings such as like billing, collection and meter reading services and delivering monthly utility bills for electricity, water, sewer, solid waste and storm water services.
