Mr. Haytham Samy: My issue is, since 24 Aug I called them that I've an issue with my TV with serial number 47LB5820-TB, the technician visited me on 28 Aug and took my TV and told with 48 hours he will back with TV fixed. Since that time I've made more than 20 phone calls to the customer service center and the technical center every time they said differently as they have issues with their system to request the requested part to solve my TV from the stock and every time you must wait, but it's over and over promises. More than 12 days without TV, more than 12 with very bad customer experiences which making me detractor customer for your brand.Sep 04, 2018
