It was previously known with the name of Federated Malay States Railways (FMSR). The railway system in Malaysia is over a century old system that was established during the British rule to transport tin. The system consists of mainly two railway lines known as West Coast line and East Coast Line with a total of over 1700 track length and number of trains are running on this network like KTM intercity, KTM Komuter which is an electrified train service started in the year 1995. Mr Arif Bin Muhamad Noor On Phone To KTM Malaysia Service
I made an online booking yesterday 02/12/18 under the name of MUHAMAD NOOR BIN CHE OMAR and MUNAH BINTI AHMAD for a train ticket from SUNGAI BULOH to ARAU on 25/12/18 and was charged RM80. 00 for the first booking for coach C seat no 4C and 4D (senior citizen rate). However, no acknowledgement was received from KTMB vide electronic train ticket print out. Then I tried again for the 2nd booking for the same name MUHAMAD NOOR BIN CHE OMAR and MUNAH BINTI AHMAD for a train ticket from SUNGAI BULOH to ARAU on 25/12/18 and was charged RM80. 00 for coach C seat no 7C and 7D (senior citizen rate), but still can not get from KTMB vide electronic train ticket Maybank verified that the amount was already deducted from my credit card account. However, no acknowledgement was received from KTMB vide electronic train ticket print out. Please advise. Thank you. My contact: 019-4094500.

Maybank verified that the amount was already deducted from my credit card account. However, no acknowledgement was received from KTMB vide electronic train ticket print out. Please advise. Thank you. Dear Sir/Madam,

This is a humble request for KTMB to include DBS and POSB Banks for online payment bookings of the Singapore Woodlands - JB Sentral TEBRAU SHUTTLE TRAIN. Currently, these are the only two banks disallowed. But they are our main banks in Singapore. Without such an arrangement, we make the trip to KTM station without even knowing if we are going to get a booking, because very often the EasyBook app doesn't work for KTM. I boarded KTM Komuter from Teluk Pulai to Subang Jaya on 29th August 2018 @ 06:40:44. I was charged a whooping RM 27. 00 for this trip on my Touch and GO Card, please explain why this took place, was there system error on your side. Appreciate a refund for this.
