Mr. Edward Zeiser Asking to Honda 24 Hour For Customer Service
My Honda Generator EU7000 caught on fire. I am trying to contact Customer Service in America. They will not answer my question about the settlement. I did contact the dealer, but am not sure what will be done. I was told by the dealer that I cannot get the contact information for the regional service representative to talk with him. All I am asking for at the moment is an explanation of what the problem was, whose responsibility the problem is - whether it is Honda's or the dealers, and what my settlement will be. Customer Relations promised responses within two or three days, but never responded until a week later. Some of this should be easy to resolve, but Customer Service is making it very difficult.
