Help Me Howard Florida Complaints and Reviews

Mr. Juan C Iglesias: My name is Juan Iglesias and two years ago I bought a Mercedes Benz at Indian Creek Mercedes Benz and I purchase two years of extended warranty, but I trade in that car for another Mercedes and never use the warranty. Then I went to Indian Creek Mercedes they told me I need a payoff letter from my bank. The person I talk to tell me to Email him the letter so I do not have to drive so far, but I been trying to talk to the person and leaven mesages and he do not call me back.Nov 30, 2018

Mr. Horatio Major: I'm a loyal T-Mobile customer, who having difficulty with getting the company to acknowledge that I've paid a bill, and have provided them with their receipt to prove it. The company is contending that I owe them 375. 00. That bill was paid on 8/20/2018 at 11:49 in the morning, according to the receipt they gave me. I have a new galaxy note eight, which I could not upgrade to until I had a 0. 00 balance. For the last three months, I've been dueling with T-Mobile about this discrepancy for three months, with no relief. I've even suggested that they pull the tape of the transaction, which they apparently haven't done. At this point, I do not know what to do. I'm a senior, on a fixed income, and can not afford another 375. 00. Please help me.Nov 15, 2018

Mr. Tom Sheffield: I was noticing there were three transactions from my bank account to replenish our Sun Pass account within a single week. This caused me to look closer at the account activity and I noticed a shocking price swing on charges being posted by I-95. In one case the price swing was $9. 25 ($0. 50 to $9. 75) for the high traffic time periods except different week days (9/14 and 9/20). Other charges being posted from the Turnpike as well as SR91 used the same price even though it was different times/days. I thought it was illegal to price gouge due to supply and demand? Why is I-95 allowed to Price Gouge? I thought it was due to high traffic periods, but that didn't make sense seeing the 9/14 and 9/20, but that didn't make sense. Can government organizations price gouge?.Oct 05, 2018

Mr. Sidney Dembling: I live in Coral Springs, Fl. On or about Memorial Day the city sewer lines backed up into my house. I called a plumber because I assumed it was my fault. The plumber told me that the city was responsible and not me. I called the city to complain. They told me that work was being done on the lines and sent a crew to fix the problem. They accepted responsibility. I then called a cleanup/restoration company due to the flooding and water damage. They sent someone to check out the damages. I was told that my Homeowners insurance would cover all expenses. They refused because it was not a broken line in my house. Since then I have received a bill from the cleanup company for $19, 000. What do I do now. I am retired as is my wife and do not have the money. HELP ME HOWARD PLEASE.Sep 04, 2018
