What is Harrow Council in the Process of?

Harrow Council is a federal department which is responsible for maintaining roads, street, sewerage and such other social utilities. It was founded on 1 April 1965 and comes under the London Borough of Harrow. The council includes 63 members that include 25 Conservative councillors, 25 labor councillors, 9 Independent Labor councillors, 3 Independent councillors and 1 Liberal Democrat councilors. All the councilors are elected by a public voting system from 21 wards. London Borough of Harrow covers an area of 19.
