What is Family Medicine Teaching Unit Barrie in the Process of?

The Family Medicine Teaching Unit (FMTU) is the unit supported by the Barrie Chamber that is located at the Royal Victoria Hospital within the Canadian province of Ontario. It is the unit where the medical residents come to learn and practice. They also learn how to Treat patients throughout the complete program. The Unit basically offers Good Samaritan Clinic, Brookhaven Obesity Clinic, Ogden Clinic, Internet Medical Clinic, Physicians and Surgeons. It is the teaching unit that has been developed in collaboration with the University of Toronto, the Royal Victoria Hospital and the Barrie Community Family Health Team in July 2009.
