What is FINRA Contact in the Process of?

FINRA or Financial Industry Regulatory Authority is a not for profit and a private organization to regulate all the securities comapnies existing in the USA. Acting as an SRO (self-regulatory organization), it was formed in 2007 through the “member regulation, enforcement and arbitration” of New York Stock Exchange. Its Board of Governers is composed of CEO of FINRA, CEO of NYSE, public governors, and governors representing the small and large businesses. FINRA regulates the business in securities, corporate bonds, equities etc and also serves others stock markets and exchanges. It frames various rules and standards for the securities firms and imparts training to the professionals.
