I have a big problem with the guys who work at the statements department. We had written a letter to ask them to give us monthly statements on the first of each month, but then we always have to email each and every month and they ignore your email I must say we get the statement after 4-5 days and will be calling every day to make a follow up. That really drag our work and we are unable to do our reconciliations on time. We thought using mail is much better than going to Borrowdale branch for statements.Dec 04, 2018
