Diamond Wireless Complaints and Reviews

Mr. Robert Grasso: I had the insurance on my iPhone 5s for between three and four years and paid around $450 to Diamond. The glass just broke and when I called I was informed that there would be a $170 deductible. That would make the total cost around $620 for a phone that I can buy on eBay for around $100 and could get repaired for less. They offered me six months refund or around $60. I find this to be extremely unreasonable and will tell everyone to terminate their Diamond insurance.Nov 13, 2018
