My spa wasn't heating so I called Gary Shepett "THE SPA GUY" On the Invoice under "DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM" It states "Spa does not heat". He said it was the heater pump, so he ordered one (Do I have a legal right for an invoice copy for that Purchase? The repair was on 11/9/18. This is one day later 11/10/18 and the spa still is not heating, what are my options? I paid $422. 65 for the service. If I have 'DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY' over another person can I write and sign a check of theirs, with their permission?.
