Due to newly elected president of vidyalaya prabandh samiti it needs to be change the account holder name in the mentioned account. But Mr. Manager of this branch is running branch by his own rules and regulations. His statement "he is the only authority to certify the photograph and document and she has to present personally in the bnk for certification of document and photographone ", Is not under rules and regulations under SBI laws. He has made this issue of prestige. While all the papers needed for this has been submitted along with original ids. Is there any rule to show original ID while opening or transfer the account? He is also misbehaving with the customers. Even no one can go in his cabin to tell the problems. Please consider my case and provide solution as soon as possible. Thanks.

I had visited your SBI Sanigawan Kanpur (16023)for opening of saving bank account(joint) on 03/01/15. After filling the form I have contacted branch manager since he was checking the form. He told that we had to sign at form 60 in-spite of that we are income tax payer and having pan card. After that we contacted him again at 1245hrs, he told me to fill one more form for joint account and called on next working day. On 5th again we had visited the branch and contacted him 1045hrs. The he returned the form stating that electricity bill is not a valid proof of address. Kindly confirm us that- 1-Whether the electricity bill is a valid proof of address or not?2-If not then why its printed in bank account opening application of SBIband in which gadget \order of RBI it is stated that electricity bill is not a valid proof of address?3-How many times one should visit the branch for opening of a saving bank account.

Sir, till date i.e. 15.10.2013 my cheque has not cleared and not known where is my cheque . Sir, I request you to kindly look into the said matter and take necessary action as soon as.

i have been trying to book my railway tickets since last 1month with the use of ATM cum debit card.. each time the response comes that your banker have not authorised this service on your card.. i contacted my branch and they told that they will b seeing to it.. i have been visiting bank almost every alternate day for a month, but they do not give any satisfactory answer to my problem. i would request you to take some strict actions regarding this. this has become untoreable now. branch- world bank barra.
