Internet charges : 12. 50
Total : 112. 50

For the first time i used FreeCharge to recharge my mobile. In the top up plan of Airtel in west UP on 90 Rs. Recharge i was supposed to get 84 Rs. Talktime, but got only 75 Rs. Talktime. After getting less balance i rang Airtel 198, and they told that they do not offer any such plan for my number. My simple question is that if Airtel does not offer any such plan then how come it was mentioned in the top up plan in FreeCharge website and who will refund my money. Moreover, i tried to lodge complain at FreeCharge website, but it not working.

I have tried to pay for foodpanda from FreeCharge the payment was deducted, but the order was cancelled by foodpanda. I reached food panda and they told me that the payment was not received. I tried my bank, but they said that the payment was made to the merchant. So i would want to know where has my money been transfered from FreeCharge. ?
If not i would seriously take this matter up with the governing authorities as i see these issues are too common with FreeCharge.
