Server is too busy should not be happening when you pay a monthly fee. Please explain why there is this message. How many people can the server accommodate? If people are not able to get on because the server is not big enough to accommodate everyone, then something should be done to fix this. Please reply to firstname.lastname@example.org

Someone has hacked in to my account and sent over 184 e-mails to members without my knowledge. User name is Krist6244. This happened on Saturday morning the 6th of July. I had no choice but to deactivate my account until I could speak to customer service on Monday morning.

I have been a member of Ourtime for the better part of the year. I have not met one person in person. I've discovered many strange types, liars, cheaters and really sick stuff too. I made a point to select "no auto" renew, as this is not working for me. I noted my membership expired 7/18/13. On that day, I went to the site by my pone. It looked like account had been renewed! I thought it was over and I went to delete profile for good.
I wrote to you a few days ago, but have yet to receive a response. If my account was charged, I will file a complaint with CC company and better biz bureau.

I have 5 days to go on my current membership. When I logged into OurTime a pop-up appeared offering me 25 percent off to renew. I wanted to see what the options were and the discounted prices...so I clicked on it. But, to my surprise...it automatically renewed my membership. I do not want to renew...the price is still too high. Please credit back $57.94 that has been applied to my credit card.

I've emailed you on 9/26/13 telling you to stop service and told your company that I will no longer allow Ourtime to bill my credit card for charges. You've ignored this email in addition to me having "successfully unsescribe" any charges will now be disputed with my credit card company as I don't agree to these emails or their terms. I will notify my credit card company to no longer accept charges. You will not receive payment once these charges are disputed.

Since I joined ourtime.com, I have received two contradictory messages regarding photos uploaded: one is that there are no photos, and a second is that there is only one photo and suggests I add more. The messages are intermittant. If there has not been a photo posted with my profile since "day 1" then I expect a refund for those months.

I have finally registered, completed all information, posted my profile picture, however, it disappears and goes to my album. I and others who have tried are having the same problem with my profile picture going back to my album. In your help suggestions the second quickest way is to email the photo, however you do not list an email address, I placed a phone call leaving this information.
