on 9/18 my visa was charged $43.46 at 1:23 pm. by doubleday book club i hadn't ordered any books. i called on 9/18 and 9/19 and spoke to a supervisor, explained my problem, and i told her i wanted my visa credited she told me she would look into this and call me back. i waited all day and was not called back the only book i've ordered was on 9/4, account #04766021. i want my money back plus interest. i expect an answer. this is no way to treat a customer. email address firstname.lastname@example.org - tel: 508-548-2520

I sent back a product that I didn't want. They sent a
Statement saying I owe them for it. I've tried many
Times to call them but keep getting recording saying
Their call volume is high. No one answers. So now I will send
Them a certified letter. I want to make sure they get it. Many
years ago I cancelled my membership because of a lot of
problems with them. I will cancel my membership once again.
