I bought a car and the dealership paid my other car off. Instead of points going up.. they went down ALOT from 626 to 582, and says I closed an acct. It got PAID OFF IN FULL. This needs to be corrected! I need someone to call me to correct this I need an email address with a contact# to call.

I opened an account with creditkarma on August 7th of this month with a credit score of 527. I checked my score again on August 12th and my score dropped down to a minus 8 points. Do everytime I checkmy score do I lose points
