Hi, recently I am not able to open my BlackBerry world. Just keep spinning all the time. I read on the blackberry forum, that is a global issue right now. Based on the article that I read, the issue was solved. Within the next 24 hours, the blackberry world should be ok. That happened on Thursday article. Till now on Saturday morning, my bb world is still spinning. Would somebody helped me please. Thanks a lot

I am using blackberry bold 9790 bellagio. The rim server was down 3 days ago, but now people have their bbm normal back. Anyway my bbm is stil going wrong, I can't chat myself, I can't change my display picture, and if I send a chat on bbm I don't know whether it is delivered or not 'cause there is no 'd' or 'r' sign. I have bought a BB 9700 bolt 1 year ago, and from the beginning had problems with " freezing " of the display. Brought it in to the store i bought it, they could not fix it, or did not know the problem. Today My BB died on me, the display was broken. I went to the ITC store, they told me someone " opened " the BB and they could " see " this, and would not give me the new display,

i want to another store where i original bougth the BB, and this time the answer was " the user pushed the button too hard , thats why the display is broken " both answers are BS how can a guaranty be void if the buttons pushed too hard, this means the product is not good !, I have names of the store and managers, and sign letters explaining the problem, now i have to buy display of 600 k myself, i need my money returned or will search for legal assitance, this is no way of doing business. and i ask to my friend, only to me or to others?

I got problem with my Email Account Setup. My Email Account Setup is able to manage only one email account (@tri.blacberry.com), not more.
Previously, I got no problem with this. I was able to manage email account more than one (google mail, yahoo mail). Trouble started when I changed the SIM Card with a new one, and then I changed back with the former SIM Card. After that changing thing, I can't manage more than one email account anymore, can only manage one email (@tri.blackberry.com) which is from my provider.
How can I set it back to normal?

GOOD DAY I HAVE RECEIVED A MESSAGE ON MY CELLPHONE FROM BLACKBERRY INDONESIA AND I CANNOT UNDERSTAND IT. ITS A LONG MESSAGE AND WIT ALL THESES SCAMS I DONT WANT TO CONTACT ANY NUMBERS ON THE MESSAGE.
