Last week there was a courier, but no one was there at my home at that time. I requested him to deliver on 25th & I waited entire day. That day the courier person gone to my office address, but he didn't delivered as my ID proof was not there. Then he promised me that he will deliver the same to my residence address. But I didn't received the same.How to go about this now ?

I got SCB credit card on Apr-17, 2013. Still i didn't get bill (hard copy or soft copy) for this 2 months purchased, but last month (forgot correct date) i paid around Rs 4000/- through net banking. That bill amount has been deducted through net baking. I don't know How it is possible? Already i sent 3 mails to credit card division. Still i didn't get any RESPONSE from bank.

No movie offers on the credit card as promised by the respective credit card representative. This is really sick, I have applied for credit card from this bank as your represetative told me that i can get a one free movie ticket on purchse of one ticket and per transcation. Now when I check this offer on book my show there isnt even any name for standard chartered credit card. Pathetic bank.

I haven't received my SCB Credit Card till now, even though it was dispatched from Chennai office on 9th July by First Flight Courier (Consignment No. CC9843871). I checked on First Flight web site and found that even after reaching to Pune, it didn't reach to my address, on the site it was showing Department not mentioned and I see that card returned back to Chennai office. Your Bank offered me a credit card with small credit limit of 25000.00 only. immediately I called to your customer care and talk about this non sense and asked tem stop this cards immediately. Then after I did not used this useless card, even though on 19-july-2013 your bank sent me a bill for renewal charge without getting my consent for renewal.so first mark stop this card and write bill amount other wise I will take strict legal action against your bank.

Few weeks prior I notice that card has be torn near the credit card number mentioned, card is still working.
I been trying to call the Standard Chartered helpline but unable to locate the correct menu since this option in not available which contains the replacement of card.
Nor the customer officer is coming on line for rendering or for guiding.
In view of above could please tell how to proceed for the replacement of card which is torn? and any procedure required to follow??

I have exceeded the card limit once in the month of May 13. Over limit fee was charged to me twice in the month of May & Jun13. I have also paid the amount , assuming that I will get back the overlimit fee in next month but not. Hence I request you to credit the overlimit fee of Rs 500/- to me as I have paid twice.

The courier person has come to my home on 06/08/2013 during my office hours. When I contacted Blue dart customer care for delivery during Non office hours, they indicated me that the courier was send back to SCB. I tried to contact the customer service representative by dialing the number 080-39404444 but failed to do so. When i dialled the number it asks me to enter my 16 digit credit card number, date of birth and CVV number to generate TPIN number. Once i entered the credit card number, DOB, and CVV number, It asks me to enter TPIN number which i don't have. If I do not enter the TPIN number the call gets disconnected. Kindly suggest how to speak to a customer service Representative without entering TPIN number.

I had redeemed 2550 reward points against 1000 Rs Life Style gift coupon on 3rd August. Till date I had not received those gift coupens (More than 1 Month and 20 Days are over).
Than I had placed an enquiry about my points redemption on 21st-Aug-2013.
Reply from a standard Chartered Customer Officer (Shamily G A), with reference No. 08/13/093950/SP/CRD on 24th-Aug-2013.
It stated as "We have redeemed 2,550 Reward Points towards the gifts mentioned by you. We regret any inconvenience caused to you in this regard. Our records indicate that the gifts were despatched to your mailing address and you will receive the same shortly."
But When I called today, the Standard Chartered executive is telling me that Standard Chartered is not able to process your request".
I am not able to understand who is telling lie.
Hope to clear this issue soon.

Than I have followed it with the customer care for the same and filled a complaint on 27-Sep-2013. I have subscribed for SC' Manhattan credit card. Things went on fine till I received my credit card. This is a chip based card and would require a 6 digit pin for using this card in any POS or ATM. I am after them since then. It has been 24 days and counting...

5) Spoke to Amol in person when he was at our office premises. He had even noted the details in his book.

This is regarding the over limit charges of rupees 500 levied on my card during the month of December, 2013. My card limit was reduced to rupees 47000/- from rupees 96000/- without my consent. Earlier also, my payment date had been re-scheduled to first week of every month from fourth week of every month --which was very convenient date as it was post salary date. These type of changes are creating problem in usage of card as normally i hardly get time to see my mails on regular basis.
I would request you to kindly wave off the charges as i have been paying the dues in time always and my record is also clean.
