When I arrived in Bangkok, May 11, 2013 my smart number did not automatically roam. Until now my smart sim is useless here in Bangkok. I was assurred that my post paid plan would automatically roam when abroad. I am rather disappointed and frustrated with this kind of service. It is also difficult to contact you, unlike Globe that has a " talk to globe" online and acts promptly on customers' concerns. My globe sim did not give me any problems here in bangkok. I will be here until may 22. Hoping for your prompt response on this matter. My number is 09209636037. Thank you

hello good morning... every time i use combo AT30 i'cant use the free call,so i tried mega250 and the result is still same icant use the call.. but whenever im using 15c 5mins call its working . whats the problem? when i ask help in your smart center here in olongapo city they cant solve my pronlem they suggest to call *888 but still i cant contact it. i am very disappointed

Hi!! Nanakaw yung phone ko tapos ginagamit nung nagnakaw para maka panloko. The problem is for business purpose yung number..Please pano po ba madidis-able yung smart number para wala syang makontak na kahit na sino..Solution for this please tumawag nako sa customer care pero wala daw ganung service ang smart..Please very improtant to.

Currently I'm in Doha and I've been using my smart sim for almost 2 years now. Recently my daughter (currently in the Phil.) trying to reload 30PHP, but unfortunately it's not getting thru. I am still receiving sms from Smart and other communication company from PHL.

I called the *888 to find out how to sign up for UNLI- SURF 1200 and was charged 300 pesos automatically.i call and the agent tell me they will not refund my money.i dont know why im charged this.when your website says to call this *888 to find out more info on mobile internet it says nowhere about this charge.this is very bad business to treat customers this way.i have a SUN sim also.from now on i use it.

my phone using smart sim prepaid doesn't receive a text from other networks, and if it is happen to receive a text, it was delay for 1-2 days in other words, super delay. (09085327170 and 09282642087)

I just arrived 5 days ago. 1st day i loaded 500 pesos then i just had a subscription for bb daily for 50 pesos per day then the next day same subcription i had. But then again i loaded 300 in the morning my balance was 400++ pesos then when i check my ballance in the evening it was just 8pesos then i loaded another 300 and didnot subscribe for anything again at night time my balance runs out again..what are you guys doung with my credit, youve been stoling a big amount in a day!!!
