Hello , I have Karbon S5 titanium .I have taken mobile before just one week. But all 3D game i.e. raging thunder,turbo Fly 3d (7.6 Mb) is not runnig well , though there is not problem while operating and also it supports well . i have purchased karbonn A15 model on 8th july 2013 from Prakash Electronics Indore(M.P.)it suddenly got dead during working &the lock button of the phone become unresponsive.I have submitted it toAYUSHI SERVICE CENTER INDORE,they have said to provide it in 8 days.
now its going to be 20thday over and there is no proper response i m getting back regarding the status of servicing since mobile phone sended for the purpose of repair.
its really a great default in karbonnmobilesservice. hoping for a positive reply as soon aspossible. thanks.

On 7/7/2013 i have purchased the Karbonn S5 Titanium mobile from Pai International showroom. Yesterday my son tried to unlock the mobile phone but tried with too many patterns to unlock. Now it is been locked, so please help how to unlock it. Wi-fi is in off mode and Internet is also in off mode.
Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. As i was not able to call anybody.

I have Tatium S5 Mobile (IMEI No.91130935114874). Problem in touch screen, I contacted your authorised Service Centre M/s Ambe Electronics, Sector-18, Noida on 30/05/2013. After more than one month my phone was returned back saying that company has not provided touch screen hence you have to wait. I had Karbonn A15 handset with me.
Problem : Not able to delete contacts from the list.
- Most of the contacts has been stored 3-5 times how it happened no idea.This was not the problem earlier.
- I think all the gmail contacts has been moved to contact list but now I cannot see contacts in the gtalk or gmail. Dont know what is the problem.
- Previously there contacts delete functionality was working fine.

This is to intimate you that I had purchased karbonn titanium s5 couple of days back either on 15th or 16th august from tata croma store at select city walk.
The volume of the ringing bell and songs is minimal not audible, Ihad gifted this to my wife.
I believe if the product is faulty it should be replaced since it is under warranty and guarantee and not been a week.
friends guided me to complain to Tata croma store but their response was not positive the person sitting on customer service desk said that Karbonn mobiles are substandard products and we would not take any responsibility for this. After much argument he agreed to keep the set and send it across to service centre at south ext in Delhi, but he said it might take more than 6 months since Karbonn company doesn't respond good.
