Its my painful duty to inform you that i had a experience wanted to buy new Aviator from your Nashik Saachi (D) Honda on 20th Apr 4 Aviator we were told by Sales Manager mr Vani that there is no power i got amazed that big showroom in Mahatma Nagar n dont have power back up system and his language was also very rude when we told him that we brought cash for he told You come down later I was very dissapointed As I have got Activa Unicorn Bike my Brother works in Zee news media and i m 4 vendor Tv nine so You take plz stirick action otherwise i will publish this in the news

I have purchase a new honda stunner bike from chaudhary motors pvt.ltd bijnor.After one month my bike created front side noise and chainset noise problem and dealer not solved this problem he says that this is visual noise.But i want to change this part under warranty. When I went to chaudhary motors bijnor for change the part on under warranty process. But they did not respond me.Kindly look in to the matter and do needful cause honda is the brand name.

I bought Honda activa het in march 2013 I bought two scooters from same showroom before I went to buy the Honda distributer situated in Lucknow thakur ganj there the manager told me that it will give a mileage of 55km /ltr but now when I checked it was 35km/ltr so now I went to there service station they did not checked properly and given a road trail using 100ml petrol but before using 100ml patrol they did not took out the petrol left in carborator before which increased the reading up to 2 km due to which the milage was not properly checked but they did listing me.

I Prashant Acharya 4m mumbai have purchased Honda Twister . Booked in the month of Jan 2013 but got the delivery in themonth of march. I have faced the probblem in the march month only from one of the authorised service centre. My bike back tyre was changed from MRF tubeless to TVS tube tyre. I had sent a complaint through courier in the month of april 2013.

on the first day the two wheeler suffered problem regarding starting. i purchase the Honda dream om 22/01/13 .it is not giving millage.it is giving 45kmpl and servicing is not good . It is completed 2 services (2500 km). I am DINESH KUMAR.K.9715582762 from salem, tamilnadu. i have honda shine. i did free service on 5/7/13 job card no : 1855 Reg no: TN30AR1643 at near by triummph honda service centre , salem. my complaint was footrest bent so ask them to repair or change that parts. but they didnt resolved my complaint instead that they damaged my engine case. when i ask to prior person he told they change the engine case with punching of engine number in local approved workshop. but im not satisfied with that local workshop. it may differ from plant original piece and local.so i tolddont wantthat.

i have purchased honda unicorn in 2011 november and i was am having Regular AMC with PIlOT HONDA mulund now shifted to bhandup, and since many times during service the staff of pilot honda recommend about cleaning engine with some unique oil and other parts to be changed.my unicorn didnt start on 29 july so i brought my bike to pilot honda there they recommend me to clean the tank i agreed and after washing i was shocked that the tank is rusted and leacked as i am doing regular checkup of the bike and then how could it happned. its total fault of pilot honda ignorance of care of my bike

I have brought dream yuga bike on 18.10.2012.After 2nd servicing the bike got statring problem in the morning. Actually the bike did not start without chouk even by using kike.You have to put chouk first.
We booked complain to Rajpal Honda,Indore (M.P.)TWO TIMES
I have got complain in your customer care also they instruct to repair the bike but till today after observing a fortnight period the problem still same.
You are requested to solve my problem immediately as the bike is under Warrenty period.

sir it is very painful to inform that from its first service my bike is not working properly..its engine oil burnt at every 500 km...because of it other problem also arrised now my bike is not running properly .till nw i have replaced clutch plates 2 times, block piston rings 2 times, pressure plates 1 times...i belong to lower class working man and cannot afford to repair it everytime it is nw my request to replace my bike with anew

The Mechanic has created new problem that is of starting in the morning. Now I am unable to use scooter as it is not starting so far. I have one Honda Shine and I am one of fan about your products. But I had bitter experince had with your product and your service center.
Last month I send my vehicle to your service center at Udupi.(M/S Matrix Honda) Vehicle with the complaint of Ubnormal noise and slight engine oil consumption.
After one day dealer has came to conclution that there is problem in engine. Then replaced cylinder bore, entire crank assy. No specific reason by your dealer. Failiure happend within 56,000Kms.

After 15 days on 14/08/13 I have again visited in Arora Motors & meet with Mr. Arora then he said if I paid full payment in case then he will be arranged the vehicle for delivery on 16/08/13 . I have paid full amount on case on 14/08/13 & after deposited the amount Mr. Arora said we will be call on 18th or 19th august.

But it is a matter of regret that, the iron frame connected to the lift side passenger foot step is totally discoloured and some iron rusts are shown in that frame. The concerned Show Room i.e., SGBL Honda situated at Sati Chaura, Cuttack of Odisha State is denied to replace it. Another problem is, some part of the the body is also not free from iron rusts. But i don`t know why those people are not rising there hand i think due to lac of knowledge or any thing ales.

Before buying I am interested in taking a test drive. None among my known acquaintances owns the new vehicle. But I was informed by the showroom that the facility has not been made available by the company. If it's not true then why are the dealers spreading a wrong message? We procured one Honda activa vehicle(TN38AZ6754) thru your dealer prassana Honda who located in coimbatore.And the vehicle is properly maintained and all the service till today are done thru your dealers only.During the warranty time it self we heard one noise from the engine and we highlighted to your dealer during every service time.And every time they replied the problem get corrected.But now the noise get increased and the engine cann't run.We handover the vehicle to your dealer for this issue and they replied that the engine get seized and the service cost will come around Rs.10,000/-.
We are really fedup about honda because all the service are done by your dealers and used in single hand and not run more than 50-60 km/hr then the problem raised means then what we tell.We don't know what to do.We have all the records for servicing the vehicle with your dealer.
