I renewed my subscription for one year on Friday 12 July. Since then it has been on and off. When I complain it is put back on for a while and then it goes off till I raise another comlaint. Each time I complain they tell me it will be OK now and it is OK for a few hours and then they cut me off. What is going on. This has become a lousy service. Prior to renewing my subscription I had no problem at all.

I bought my decoder in October 2012 and subscribed the smallest bouquet for the full year and given an extra month free i.e. 13months but did not activate until 11th December 2012 I was told that the subscription will be effective after activation. I was shocked today because my account was disconnected. Kindly check because before I paid I asked and was promised it will be effective after activation.
I also wanted to inquire whether the free to air channels are available without subscription if they are then also check out since I cant view them also.
