I had a broadband connection from BSNL for my company account SHREYA LEARNING ACADEMY with ph no as 08023537545. I closed my company in march and from April onwards I am not using telephone/broadband. I called many customer care numbers to disable ECS/close BSNL account. People kept txing to diff ph nos and i was unable to close. Hence i made my bank balance to 0 and assumed that my connection will be disconnected(btw i have not used it for april month. Instead from april amount is getting billed 1000 rs/month till now which is crazy.pls disconnect this number/broadband account.

We have been subscribing to the services of BSNL since the year 1997 (close to 16 years now). We have seen BSNL grow and improve their services over this period. We moved to a new house in January 2013 and our landline number 080-28370272 needs to be shifted. However it has been 7 months since and no action has been taken on our landline+broadband shift request. This kind of unprofessional attitude is only going to project BSNL in very bad light. Request a quick turn around from your end. In anticipation of your action.

My BSNL LL number is 26840072, and after using it for one month i cancelled both LL and BB after paying the bill and I have the receipt of both cancellation and payment of the bill. Since then I have disassembled my LL. But I am getting messages and bill(via post) saying i have to pay my bill. Its almost 2 months since I have deactivated my LL and BB. I have requested for cancellation 2 months back. So make sure that the LL and BB is cancelled and I won't get any messages or bills.

1.I have a broad band connection through my land line number 080-22565004, internet is not working for over a week now. I have lodged a complaint ( orally)at the local bsnl exchange located near Gokulam. It is more than 1 week and still the internet is not working.
2.I have been trying to call, 198 or 18003451504 0r 1504 there is a voice message directing towards various options once such details are punched in there is no response either from the operator or from the complaint booking IVR.

This is regarding a broadband connection request done by my side at BTM 2nd stage. The modem was sold to me by executive named Prasanna on 6th July. We were told the connection will be done with in 10 days.
Later we were directed to some executive Suresh @ 09620684004 but I am sorry to say the response from the person was very bad. Most of the times I was told to call after 5 minutes and later the call was never taken.
Kindly look into the issue and help us get a better service.

Just because BSNL was founded in the 19th century please do not remain there itself. Upgrade to the 22nd century. Every five minutes either PPP is down or ADSL link is down. You people want the consumers to pay the bills promptly but will never try to rectify the problem. all your people do is provide stop gap arrangements. We are availing BSNL Broadband service since it started its service in Jhumri Telaiya, Jharkhand.
We regretfully have to inform you that the service provided by your esteem company is of LOWEST in its class or may be NO CLASS.
80% of the time there is no link or data not transferring. When contact with Jhumri Telaiya Exchange, we are sometimes told Gateway Problem, some time, some fault, sometimes problem from Ranchi or Hazaribagh but never any action is taken.
We try to call SDO Phones on 94311 42444 which never responds. We called Hazaribagh control room on 06546 266666 and 06546 270011 but we get rude reply.
Our last hope is from you and hope you can arrange some remedy.
