When I bought Zumba the representative told me it will cost $86.00 including two more CDS and taxes. On the receipt does not say the total cost, so I assumed the cost is $86.00. Now I received another bill for $29.95.CapitalOne paid you this amount and charge me por this money. I was not my mistake,I have no more money to pay for Zumba. I returned zumba shoes about 6-7 weeks ago. I am waiting for a refund for the product I returned. It has been over the 30 days I was told that it took to refund the product. I have already bought new shoes in a smaller size. I will likely not shop with zumba.com again because of the difficulty getting my refund.

FedEx shipping has no record of the printed return label that you sent to me. This label was placed on the shipping package and was returned the sames day. When will I know if this return has been received if the your shipping label is not being recognized?
