After a few minutes of being on hold, the phone line drops. This has happened time and time again and I can never get through to talk to someone.

While you are trying to do away with the 1Mbps package because it happens to be the cheapest, be considerate of those who have been benefiting from the same. After you raised the rates, all I have been doing is calling customer service due to frequent fluctuations, but I never get a solution. The responses I get are very autoresponsive and it is very, extremely, annoyingly frustrating. This is unethical at best, trying to convince people to pay for the more expensive package when you can not even solve basic issues.
