I understand the process needs password which i requested them to reset, but all in vain. Today I have been unable to watch TV because of the message 'SCRAMBLED' which keeps appearing on the screen. Mr charles we are so sorry about that, but you are kindly advised to give in both of you decorder ids so you can be helped and incase of situations where the customer wants a voluntary disconnection, you call the customer care for further assistance.
