Dear Sir, yesterday 22/04/2013 I was bought my Galaxy tab2 from Jarir Bookstore as their offer free Zain Internet 4GB for 1 month, then I reach your representaitve to collect my internet sim but really surprise the attitude from your representative he never answer my query nor he looks on my face at all after attending one lady attended almost 30 minutes he give me form to fill it and give me sim with lack of interest I feel shame on myself why I visit this counter to collect just "Free Sim" infact I am not begging, beside other counter such like a STC, Go, Mobily they attend more manner.

Todays back I visited Zain Office in Falaestine Street and lodged a complaint and they have given a nuimber 869394 and asked me to wait for two days to be canclled the numbers. What my question is whether the other numbers have been cancelled or not, please rectify....

After i recharge zain in my number 0582910260,money is being deducted as subscription charges from my mobile.Today morning the balance was SR 10.19 ,but now its is 5.19.When i called the toll free number,0592444444,money was deducted for that call also and no one answered the call.It is really pathetic for a network like Zain to be so irresponsible.
I used Zain in Kuwait and they offered me best service there.But here in Saudi,i am sorry to say,Zain is hopeless.
I want the deducted amount to be credited back to my number.

I have obtained a mazaya smart package including a phone on 10th of July 2013. Within 2 days my phone was barred from calling. On inquiring I was told that i have over used my phone and have to pay a bill of 462 SAUDI Riyals. I waited to get the bill details and i was surprised that i was billed for every single call was and i was billed SAR 450 only for 200MB of data usage. Now for 2 weeks i am struggling to solve this issue and no one from customer service is able to solve it. I tried my best by calling and visiting the Zain outlets but all in vain.

Had the worst experience with Zain customer service never in my life ive seen this unprofessionalservice.I called 96659244444 and they gave me the number to call966590000959I called and I almost had a heart attach trying to get some information from your ppl (Even though I requested arabic language, I got Urdu/English speaking that don't even know or understand english)they kept pouncing the call from one to another and lying about it that its the supervisor,they even promiced they will call back(big Lie) It was Mr. Spin/Mr.Shareef&Mr Husaain (101147)they r presenting the worst image ever

Please Note : i purchased Zain Speed 4G offer with Portable wifi Zain Router:
1) As per Zain the speed is up to 100 Mbps. (As per me which is totally wrong it is not even 3 Mbps at my place).
2) The package i took is Unlimited i.e. 1,799 S.R. for six months, + 399 S.R for the Wifi 4G Router. (As per me which is totally wrong it is not unlimited it is 40 GB for one month, if you consume 40 GB in one month you have to wait for another month, for another 40 GB.
The package is 40 GB for one month.
ZAIN IS TOTALLY CHEATING,
