I have bought 50GB bundle data Sim from Zain on 21. 5. 2015. My SIM number is 8996604211812070286. Started connecting thru mobile router, unfortunately not working. Contacted the Zain shop where I purchased. They said some technical issue and will contact me. I do not know what to do. Till now no response.

I would like to inform you one complaint occurred on my Zain number 0599804611. I couldn't use my internet and balance check even if i had recharged to data scheme for one month 2GB and i cannot call even customer care also. Please check it and rectify as soon as possible.
