I purchased a HUAWEI Y210d mobile from CARREFOUR, Bahrain city center and got a Zain sim Card free no: 36883831 with d offer : 1-free similar 2-free 1GB/month download for 3 months. 3-Zain to zain free call for 1month. But while using net I am being charged, form d last 6 days I am complaining about d problem in customercare and Zain shop but no one is getting it solved nor registering any coplain any giving complain number, they only say just wait for 24 hours, 20 minutes. or u will get a call, SMS etc.
So pls look to this problem and solve it as soon as possible.

I am not being able to subscribe the 0.050 fills internet facility that is provided by zain from 8 am to 8 pm everyday. I made several complains but all went worthless. Hope somebody can help me. My name is Shiju karipott. i have "Home Broad band" connection at my home. past 4 years I used without any problem, but unfortunately last 2 month on wards I can't access internet and telephone . I already complaint several times through the call center no.107 and as per their suggestion I change Rooter (Device) 3 times with in 2 month period form Zain shop Exhibition branch. still the same problem remain. Every time I registered case through call center, after one day I received call stating that the problem solved, your phone will be activate within 20 minutes. Nothing is come true. So I am requesting you kindly solve the problem as soon as early or else I going to disconnect the agreement. what the point to keep the device at Home.

Dear team my no. 13644650 i am facing continuous disconnection in my home broadband from last 2 months...
but still the problem persist and not yet resolved..we almost visited your branch near gucci complex for 7 times
but my issue not resolved..my connection after every 15 to 20 min it gets disconnect and again connect...
They replaced our device but still we are facing the same problem.
Every time they give me the restoration period for 4 days,2days,1day but no progress.
They told there is coverage problemand have to fix external device in my roof but that also they didn't done.
So i am totally helpless kindly do the needful if you care about your customer.
Or else i have only last option to forward this mail to GDN.

I have purchased a sim card for my son for 6 BD and the teller told me this is only for 110 minutes of calling.
after one week or so the line was disconnected and the bill was 87 BD when I called they said was using internet and I said but I dont have internet, they said you can use internet if you have smart phone and I said I have smart phone but I requested call only service and they said sorry you have to pay and then we will see what we can do and I refused to pay such charges until I talk to a manager but unfortunately there is no access to any so I'm intending to call the General maneger Mr. Zainalabdeen and I'm trying to get his email or number if possible, I have already been orverbilled for the last year average of 40 BD although I have unlimited for 25 bd with that said I hope there is someone listening or reading if this doesn't work which I believe is not promising I will simply move on to another company but with new lessons learned. email@example.com 37776983

today at 19:57 i sent a message to india on 00919822134103 from my mobile 36830410. outbox says message sent. msg not recieved. somebody called from india saying he got the message on919922088468. had to apologize to him. next i called my home number in india 00919822134103 and the reciever was confused as the caller id showed 918885002772.is somethin wrong with the network? it was an important banking message which went to the wrong number with all confidential information. please explain as i am seriously thinking of discontinuing your service.
