Hello I am an existing customer of yupp TV since 2011 most of these days Streaming issues I got and more than 100 times I contacted Yupp customer care and every time I am did the same stuffs Turn off, router off and on. Etc. And As per your customer care specialist I change the rocku Box Which is Roku3 But still same thing happening Most of the times LIVE channel streaming issues Some time Recorded program really I and my family is struggling lot I subscribed yearly Malayalam plan I f You cant solve this issue Please REFUND my money. When ever I contact You After one or two hours no problems After that Same buffering Issues My Internet is NBN optical fiber 50 Mbps Speed Network. So please Solve or Refund my money This is the final reminder Please consider this a final Letter. Thanks Thomas Australia.
We are not getting Yupptv properly we have already registered, but we can not see any programs from Yupptv we want telugu channels.

Called few times your technical department, but no use. Every two to three minute movie and other channels stops for downloading. Very frustrating. Every time we call your technical people as us to turn off and turn on, but still same problem. Very very frustrating.
The same thing happening with me last three years on yupp malayalam.
