Hi I had a Yarvik seven inch tablet approx. two years ago or just under. However we haven't used it that much, but we cannot charge it up as the connection doesn't seem to work please help urgent.
I have a Yarvik ingenia x1, unfortunately the screen has to be replace because the phone felt from my pocket and its broken, everything works fine, but the screen is cracked all over. I simply can not get a replacement in the market and no answer from Yarvik support or customer service. Do I have to thrown the phone away. it is a very good product, but very bad support, I do not understand.
Since my husband give me my yarvic tablet model TAB411 i can not use it because of the graphics the you need to stay the charger connected to electric outlet to open the tab. The tab is so useless because i can not use it until now. The money that used to bought for the tab is useless. How can i be satisfied for this brand. Here in Philippines we do not have yarvic center thank you an I am still waiting for your reply thanks and god bless.
I want to return my Xenta tablet for repair which has got so many problems with it it seem the company does not cares for its customers they do not give proper informations. Where to return tablet.
I have a Yarvik luna ten inch tablet. I have sent e-mails to Yarvik and up to now have received no replies back from them. I bought it last October 2013 with a two year warranty. It has now stopped charging and i want to get it fixed. I have just found another address for Yarvik so will try and get through to them this way. Contacted Yarvik customer services via the website to return tablet, but after two times wasting my time filling in a form that they do not reply to. This is the last resort. My tablet does not charge its in guarantee. How do you return anything to a company that has no contact phone number and doesn't reply to your emails? bet they reply when its out of guarantee.
