Hi. I have a Xenta 7c tablet and it is now not charging. I have a two year warranty. How do I get the replacement.
I bought a Yarvik XENTA 10 inch TABLET for my daughter and it is not charging. How can o get it exchange? I have sent an e-mail few weeks ago to you, which I have not get any reply. It is still under the two years guarantee. Can you please help to solve this problem for me. My daughter is very desperate to have it in use. Thank you. Kind Regards.

It is a Zenta 7c. I would like it replaced o my money back. It is ten months since I bought it so I is still under guarantee.
Contacted Yarvik customer services via the website to return tablet, but after two times wasting my time filling in a form that they do not reply to. This is the last resort. My tablet does not charge its in guarantee. How do you return anything to a company that has no contact phone number and doesn't reply to your emails? bet they reply when its out of guarantee.
I have a Yarvik luna ten inch tablet. I have sent e-mails to Yarvik and up to now have received no replies back from them. I bought it last October 2013 with a two year warranty. It has now stopped charging and i want to get it fixed. I have just found another address for Yarvik so will try and get through to them this way.
