My problem is I have been trying to delete four mails from my inbox, but was unsuccessful as the mails keep reappearing when I restart computer and log in again. I also received the following pop up : " You are seeing Basic Mail because you are using an unsupported Internet browser. Upgrade your browser or get the mobile app for the full Yahoo experience. Recently I noticed that my incoming mails page do not show all my recent mails received. It only shows till mid-Oct '14. In addition, I also noticed that the folders that I created separately to store my important correspondents have been cleared without my knowledge. Someone has hacked into my email. I did not request Yahoo to close my account which they say will activate within 12 hours in which my records will all be deleted. Yahoo should find out from the customer whether the request is genuine instead of taking it seriously. Please do not cancel my account.
