Accounts 890504924 and 890416154 I opened these accounts thru WalMart. I discovered that I could not access T-Mobile from my home which is three blocks from the T-Mobile store. I immediately went back to WalMart, received credit for my purchase and was told that my account with Family Mobile would be closed.
I then received an invoice on each account For $29.09, a total of $58.18. I am now asking you to credit this amount,($29.09 on EACH account) to my debit card.
I called Customer Service and was told that Only Customer Relations could do this.
I am from Bangalore, Karnataka state. When i called to the toll free number 18009256278, it says that in valid number. Please check the correct number. No use about this number i think.
