I paid for one broadband and installation fee on 18th of September of this year with account number 27448260 and receipt number 0000302. Unfortunately, the installation has become a problem. I live at Dormaa Ahenkro in the Brong Ahafo Region. All efforts to get the Manager at sunyani or to get my broadband be installed have proved futile. He was even annoyed at me. The last time, I went to his office in Sunyani. Someone should please help before the situation gets worse.

I phoned from Geneva, Switzerland, and wanted to know if there is a problem with connections to Skype, as i have tried over the past ten days to make a connection. I shall be thankful for your response, and what the status of the connection is. My Wi-Fi bundle expires on October 18, 2014.
I did not get a response from my phone call that's why i am writing.

I requested for relocation four weeks ago. I was ask to come and pay an amount of 99 ghc for relocation which i did. I have been several times Call there, but up to now they have not connected the line i am really disappointed in your service. After this weekend if will not be connected. I will withdraw my connection and my money and move to another network.

Good afternoon,i have subscribed to the monthly services on voice however, i have been having challenges since yesterday, 25/9/2014 that i do not have enough credit on my phone to make voice call though my subscription was renewed/recharged about a week ago. I cannot make calls and it is frustrating.

There happen to be a problem with vodafone network today at amrahia on the dodowa road. We are finding difficulties making phone calls not even contacting your help line (100). This is so serious. I have no other network than vodafone. And this is the situation i find myself in today. I will be very glad if you attend to us quickly, since this gives people like me a whole lot of problems. I am so sad because this is not the first time and i run through a big time loss as a result of this. Thanks!!!.
