Vodafone Ghana

Vodafone Ghana is the part of the Vodafone Group Plc. It was previously known with the name of Ghana Telecom and was established back in the year 1974. It is the national telecommunication company of the country and had about 4 lakh customers of all telecommunication services it provide which are mobile phone telephony, fixed line telephone at the end of 2006. It was bought by Vodafone Group Plc in the year 2008 and changed its name the next year to Vodafone Ghana. Vodafone Group Plc holds 70 percent stake in the company and the rest 30 percent is owned by Ghanaian government. The company offers service such as SMS, MMS and internet services through its crystal clear network and offers other services like fixed line services and broadband internet services. There happen to be a problem with Vodafone network today at amrahia on the dodowa road. We are finding difficulties making phone calls not even contacting your help line (100). This is so serious. I have no other network than Vodafone . And this is the situation i find myself in today. I will be very glad if you attend to us quickly, since this gives people like me a whole lot of problems. I am so sad because this is not the first time and i run through a big time loss as a result of this. Thanks!.

Good afternoon,i have subscribed to the monthly services on voice however, i have been having challenges since yesterday, 25/9/2014 that i do not have enough credit on my phone to make voice call though my subscription was renewed/recharged about a week ago. I cannot make calls and it is frustrating.

Dear Sir,
I requested for relocation four weeks ago. I was ask to come and pay an amount of 99 ghc for relocation which i did. I have been several times Call there, but up to now they have not connected the line i am really disappointed in your service. After this weekend if will not be connected. I will withdraw my connection and my money and move to another network.

I phoned from Geneva, Switzerland, and wanted to know if there is a problem with connections to Skype, as i have tried over the past ten days to make a connection. I shall be thankful for your response, and what the status of the connection is. My Wi-Fi bundle expires on October 18, 2014.

I did not get a response from my phone call that's why i am writing.

I paid for one broadband and installation fee on 18th of September of this year with account number 27448260 and receipt number 0000302. Unfortunately, the installation has become a problem. I live at Dormaa Ahenkro in the Brong Ahafo Region. All efforts to get the Manager at sunyani or to get my broadband be installed have proved futile. He was even annoyed at me. The last time, I went to his office in Sunyani. Someone should please help before the situation gets worse.

I bought 4GH credit credit yesterday. I make two calls with the credit and all the credit vanished in the evening. I went to your office in Bolga and l was informed that the first call l make consumed all the credit, but in reality the duration for the call was six seconds. I showed her the call duration and she said is a mistake and that they will work on it. Please l want know how you charge per minute and a refund of my call credit. Thank you.
