This is my second time contacting you about my tablet. I have a Prestige Elite nine QL that I received about a week ago I purchased for HSN, my tablet shuts down with 20% usage on the battery left. I need to get some type of response about this problem. This is my second tablet from you the first one I return due to NO SOUND, I think that you have an obligation to at least reply to my message. I have Visual Land Prestige Elite 10Q tablet. I lost my AC adapter and USB cable at the airport. I have twice ordered thru Amazon and have twice received the wrong cable and adapter. The last cord I received was in a PWR box with Model TBK1 on the box. The cord stem is too thin and does not fit in the hole. The USB Cable is too large. It had a Swellder X000SCB9MT. Can you help?.

I got a tablet back today after returning mine. It is either mine or a new one - no paperwork indicating what was being done. After taking all day to charge, it now states "Unfortunately Launcher3 has stopped working" and that is all I can see. This is extremely frustrating. Could customer service do something?.

Received either my old or a new tablet yesterday. Took forever to get it charged (I think there is a problem with the charger). Got it charged and now cannot get it working. Getting the pop up messages and nothing else. These are telling me things have stopped working - example "Unfortunately, Contacts Storage has stopped", Keyboard has stopped, Launcher3 has stopped. Have no idea what to try. BTW, I have rebooted.

The screen does not always respond to touch. The icon to alter the touch sensitvity on gives the volume control--it does not provide a way to adjust for screen touch sensitvity. The model is v-touch pro, model me-975l-8gb-prp.

Have purchased and returned two of the 7" tablets so far...trying to obtain information on differences in product in order to replace for the THIRD TIME Attempted to contac the "customer service/tech support" center for two days! Mailbox is always full. Attempted to go through another department, "mailbox full" SERIOUSLY??? IS THERE MORE THAN one PERSON WHO WORKS THERE??? What kind of business are they running? I should have given up after the 2nd tablet wouldn't even charge, but I am still trying to continue to do business with them, but at this rate, I guess I shouldn't even bother!
