my tablet stopped working 22 days after purchase. I followed your arrangements to get my new tablet and asked for signature confirmation but no one has picked up the item from the PO Box you gave me to mail it back to you, and now the 14 day return is running out and it is still at the post office in your PO Box!!! What kind of scam is this?? When are you picking this up???

My tablet stopped working almost a month after purchase, and so I sent it back and still haven't gotten it back. I sent it on August 16, 2013, and it is now August 26, 2013. I am very angry and just want my tablet back.

My tablet stopped working after a month so I contacted them,they responded and I sent it in and now my replacement tablet is gone bad. Took to a tablet place, twice, and now it went down again, so now I have contacted visual land three times and they still won't respond.
Don't buy from this company or you'll be sorry!

Have purchased and returned 2 of the 7" tablets so far...trying to obtain information on differences in product in order to replace for the THIRD TIME!!!! Attempted to contac the "customer service/tech support" center for 2 days!!! Mailbox is always full. Attempted to go through another department, "mailbox full" SERIOUSLY??? IS THERE MORE THAN 1 PERSON WHO WORKS THERE??? What kind of business are they running? I should have given up after the 2nd tablet wouldn't even charge but I am still trying to continue to do business with them but at this rate, I guess I shouldn't even bother!!! Trying to TALK to someone seems to be impossible and at this point, I don't even think there is a valid compnay! Won't be surprised when they go belly up!

Got my product replaced through Walmart but the product would not stream movies after weeks of calling numbers I was able to send it back for a replacement more waiting and can't once again cant get ahold of anyone this is such a SCAM!!!!!

I have had my Prestige Pro 7D for about 3 days now and have had problems from the start. The very first day, a Monday I e-mailed the company stating my problems. it is now Wednesday night and I have yet to hear from them. I would just like to be helped.

The screen does not always respond to touch. The icon to alter the touch sensitvity on gives the volume control--it does not provide a way to adjust for screen touch sensitvity. The model is v-touch pro, model me-975l-8gb-prp.
