Have purchased and returned two of the 7" tablets so far...trying to obtain information on differences in product in order to replace for the THIRD TIME Attempted to contac the "customer service/tech support" center for two days! Mailbox is always full. Attempted to go through another department, "mailbox full" SERIOUSLY??? IS THERE MORE THAN one PERSON WHO WORKS THERE??? What kind of business are they running? I should have given up after the 2nd tablet wouldn't even charge, but I am still trying to continue to do business with them, but at this rate, I guess I shouldn't even bother! Trying to TALK to someone seems to be impossible and at this point, I do not even think there is a valid compnay! Won't be surprised when they go belly up!
