Virginia Lottery Complaints and Reviews

Male ImageMr. Kidu Kifle Says Aug 30, 2013

On August 26 at 10:10 pm I went to 711 at 4689 King St., Arlington VA to check my tickets. I tried to scan my tickets at the self ticket checker. However, I was unable to scan and asked one of the employee if he could assist to scan my ticket at main terminal or print out the winning numbers for those specific dates on my tickets. The employee I talked to, asked the other clerk to help. This gentleman by the name Mr. Plock (the name was given to me by the other employee)was not only rude with attitude, also told me to come back the next day to check my tickets. Never heared of.

The purpose of this letter is that I felt the person did not conduct the lottery business with good customer service by ignoring me and walk away while I was talking to him. He was not busy not to assist. Is it proper for retailers to deny service to lottery customers when they need assistance. Although I came with lottery ticket for assistance, good PR helps encourage cutomers to spent money in the store
