I am writing this letter because I am being overcharged for the cell phone service that I have with virgin mobile. My cell phone telephone number is area code 413-221-0946 I very rarely use my cell phone and it is usually off. I only use it for emergencies. My land line number is area code 413-786-3825.
My complaint is I am being overcharged. My email address is email@example.com. It is difficult for me to email because I use a voice activated computer. Please contact me or give me an 800 number in United States that I can use.

A while ago, I bought a Galaxy SIII phone from the VM website and activated it to start an account with Virgin Mobile for my wife. I could have bought the phone for less money elsewhere, but I chose to buy from the VM website because they were advertising a promotion offering a $70 account credit with purchase of the phone. After activation, I checked my account and the credit had not been applied. I then communicated with Virgin Mobile Customer Service and received assurance, without qualification, that the credit would be applied within a month. A month passed and no credit. I then called Customer Service and was again assured that I was going to get the credit within a couple of business days. I let a week pass and called again yesterday (Oct 12). I was told that the credit had not been applied because it had been decided that I was not eligible! (I did not get any notice from VM of this decision.) They cared nothing about their original assurance.
