Couch and loveseat less than six months old - cording coming apart on cushions, pilling on cushions, NO support in cushions. Have contacted the store several times with NO resolve. VCF came to look at couch and found it to be normal wear and tear. I do not believe that unraveling of the cording around the cushions after three months is normal wear and tear. The couches look like they are ten years old. I want this resolved. We have had nothing, but problems with our entire order since day one. Please contact me regarding this claim.

This is a shaneful sales tactic performed on customer that Value City has made its fortune on for so many years. I called my sale women Fran from the Old Brookyn store and she just gave me lip service as to why my furniture was on back order. She promised to talk to her manager and call me back, but that never happened. Just anotger bait and switch. Nice job Value City!

I bought my sectional furniture on Memorial day weekend snd was told that it could be delivered within five days after my balance was paid in full. Four days later I paid the balance off and they told me that it can not be delivered till July 27 now because the manufacture was out of stock on my two end pieces of my set. Mind you this is a sectional couch. How can they sell out of two pieces of a five piece set?? I looked online and it still showed its in stock. After I saw it was still available online I realized that this is a sales gimmick. They just want their customers to be money invested.

our room was being painted and we just finish it about three days ago, so we did not use the bed and it is still where the delivery guys put it. Today 6/8/2013 I decided to go to the store since I did not hear from anyone and was told that I have to wait July 5th and that it was put by the manufacturer. I have proof that is a lie. I found out that on 6/11/2013 that 127 beds will be deliver and there is nine bed are being order for 6/21/2013 of course mine is not one of them.

I got mad and called corporate on Monday and got them to give me the display and promising to give me a bed in June 1st when it is available. I have a signed statement by the store manager. I wanted to cancel the order, but corporate said they did not want to lose my sale and said that if I agreed to keep the sale, I will get $500 for my wait. So, I took the deal thinking that I will have the bed by now. I just wanted to mention that we did not set the display bed because our room was being painted and we just finish it about three days ago, so we did not use the bed and it is still where the

On 4/13/2013 I bought some furniture at Value City and spent about $5000 for a set of bedroom/mattress/lamps. I was told by the salesman that the bed will be available end of May beginning June. I reluctantly bought them; I was told that the mattress and box will be delivered with a frame until I get the complete bed. So, I said yes, when the mattress came there was not frame. I called, called, and went there and was told that it was a mistake and that I have to wait a week to get the frame and sleep on the floor. I have to wait 07/05. I want to return everything.
