You won't return my credit of $56.01 that was due to me when I switched cell services after moving to another state. I am going to the BBB about this as no one in your lousy company has offered to give me my money back. You claim I received a check and cashed it, but I NEVER DID and I never cashed it either! I went to my bank and they proved that I never cashed a check for that amount! You all stole my money and I will be telling the BBB all about this! You can not do this CRAP to people I was a loyal customer of US Cellular for many many years and this is what I get for doing so!
My complaint is slow service at your corporate stord in Grants pass, Oregon. It takes me five minutes to pay my bill, yet I took me 11/2 hours waiting to speak with someone about a loane4 phone. Please add staff.
I spoke to an associate who could not resolve my issue and was extremely rude. When I asked to speak to management he refused. He also would not spell his name for me or give me an employee number. My issue is still unresolved, and I will be terminating service as soon as I gain control of my dying fathers account. Horrible customer service
I have to spend half the day trying to put some damn minutes.They should call it Customer Careless Service. Thank god there not a dispatch service everybody would be dead
