Yesterday, i lost my ATM card. I do not know where is the exact place i lost my card. So, my question is... Is it posible to changed my card, but still with the same account number, but not the same password.

This is selvakumar from abudhabi. I hava a personal loan in DIB. Now i joined new company so my salery will credit around 15th of the month. my pervious company salery date was one week of the month. I want to change my paymant due date from one wee of the month to middle of the month.

i m your customer of dib islamic card and i got loan from you too
sir three days ago i visited dib ATM machine to deposit the amount, but my card was stuck in the machine and i call at the time to customer service they told me that in two working days you will get your card again and go to your nearest dib for deposit the amount in your card i did that in next day at dib in sharjah near halwan and till now i did not receive any call or message for urs
hope that soon i will get my card again

I had to withdraw 1000 dhs from DIB ATM at ENOC petrol station at Emirates Rd just before Green Community Roundabout and my account was charged two times the same amount! I have RAK BANK account and wish to have assistance to recover my money.

If bank activated any service then close it i do not need any service and do not detect any amount.

This is to inform you that my shipment tracking number 41042171203 from yesterday 10th of November 2014 to till today date 11th of November 2014, i received ten time calls for location and also explained, but your staff cannot follow properly and talking with misbehave. I need this shipment on urgent basis and also i suggest that i can pick my shipment my self, but all in vain. Nobody proper responses. On this situation what can i do, can you give me any suggestion/way? Right this experience with your service. I saw image from your services and suggest to other one.

We have sent the salary amount to your account having IBAn number ae080240011580000200101 name Rasheed on 27. 11.2014 under wps system through Central Bank. The amount is not yet credited in the account still. We have already took up the matter with Central Bank and they confirmed that the salary processed on 27. 11. 2014 itself. The mail in this regards received from central bank is with us. where we have to follow up the matter.
