sir three days ago i visited dib ATM machine to deposit the amount but my card was stuck in the machine and i call at the time to customer service they told me that in two working days u will get ur card again and go to ur nearest dib for deposit the amount in ur card i did that in next day at dib in sharjah near halwan and till now i didnt received any call or message for urs
hope that soon i will get my card again
