Your company is terrible. The customer service line is not customer service at all, it's a store locator. Which provides zero technical support. Your coverage is terribly inconsistent, text messages and emails repeatedly are delivered late or not a all. What a travesty of an operation.
We have two service line from Ultra (husband and wife) which are 6466626193 and 6468811777. Last week of October, 6468811777 number was switched to Tmobile. Payment of two lines phone service used to be paid directly from bank account. We would like to request you to charge for only one service line which is 6466626193. You need to change the APN settings on your phone. You can look at the ultra mobile website for those settings since they are varies by device.

Trying to call 611 and after a merry-go-round of instructions, you should be able to speak to someone. I am very disappointed about how accessible Ultra Mobile makes itself. I found no functioning number online and had to call a dealer who told me to call 611. Very frustrating.
I have $29 dollars monthly plan having number 1-347-753-5692. My plan is auto renewable and almost every 10th or 11th day of the month my plan renews automatically from my credit card. Before some months, i bought additional $2. 50 data. Last month after ten days of renewal, i got two or three texts that i have already used 100% data and i have to buy more data. So on 24th of September 2014 i paid $5. 94(including tax), but till today this is not activated. Now, if i do not get satisfactory result within 12 hours i have to switch over to another cell phone carrier with my wife, son and daughter's ultra services.
