My name is Oswald Ziesmann and I subscribed to your service in Phoenixville, PA on August six, 2014 and the number issued was 587-998-6520 for the time I was traveling in the US as I am a CANADIAN. When I entered Montana on my return in October, I lost all service. I have now been back in Canada and am traveling in Costa Rica and have not been able to use this number since October. I used to use Ultra Mobile plan $39, now i am using plan $19. But i can not make international call. Every time it says "enter your account number "So, I had to contact with them, but still having the same problem. After the day i called ultra customer care, I got a call from the number 518 566 1200 about 11pm (that time i was about to sleep). That was Matt, one of the employee of Ultra-mobile customer service. However, two days ago i got another call around 2am said that Mr. John from Ultra-mobile customer service. I live in NYC and think that they have no idea about "time zone". What a great customer service.
