I am an old client of Tupperware even when I lived in the USA I purchased a lot of the company's products. But what to do over the years some of the products wore out. The Israeli representative would tell me to bring the product and usually the product was replace with a new one even if it was not the same model. Two weeks ago I contact my Israeli representative of Tupperware and she answered that the policy had been changed by the new management. That what she said to me: you have to fill out a form to go to the post office to send the product to the customer's service to pay again for the return shipping and all that is contrary to the company's international policy. I leave in the present in Israel and i own lots of Tupperware bought in the states where i was leaving for several years some of the products got damaged after such a long period. till now i was looking up for the agent in Israel and the pieces were replace up to the replacement policy lifetime warranty. now i have some pieces and they do not want to replace them saying they change their replacement policy. i am asking for your kindly interventionwith regards Beatrice Herman Herzog.
