I do not think I should have to pay 5$ for a downgraded phone or 20$ for another smart phone. Especially when the problem is the faulty phone number misuse. Have been waiting three weeks now for a call back from customer support.

You guys answer your dam phones been on hold for like 30 minutes. The other is i went in to exchange phone on Monday because it kept frezzing up I was told to come back and I could get it exchanged. And it kept saying to add air time when my account is like Sixty dollars to the good Now after factory reset about ten times. The clerk and manger decline to help with new phone I bought paid seventy dollars Now because of the how mad I got I took the phone outside of store and slammed it on the ground.
