As regards, we have lodged reports three times, from phones to visit to Telecom main Office located at Burma Road, on 04th November 2013, over faulty phone line for 04-6434104; but till today, after a week from my official complaint at Telecom main office; nothing has been done on rectification.
The commitment from Telecom is within 24 hours, work will be in progress on rectifying the issue, but despite my contact had been provided, not even a single update was given to me. I wish to emphasized again that this problem arises since mid of November 2013 and besides faulty phone line, my internet connection was affected as well. The phone number was registered under my father’s name, Ooi Hock Lee.
Sincerely wish to say that this kind of service seems to be very disappointing, and as a customer of Telecom, do hope that drastic action can be taken immediately to solve the problem and nevertheless, please keep us updated with the progress.Thank you.

My TM Net connection(Broadband) not able to access to internet but able to get connection and its an intermittent. I'm a mobile user and this issue only occurs when working from home. I wish my problem will be fixed by TM Net team / service technician.

Covillea Condo at Jln. Perkasa 7, Bukit Jalil, KL.was fully completed with CFO in Oct.2012. Until today one year has lapsed and there is still no Telekom phone lines nor streamyx or unifi installed. Just across the street is Savanna Condo and its fully equipped with Telekom phone lines and internet. Can the person in charge please look into this matter as the Condo is almost 50% occupied and many of the residents are waiting earnestly for the phone lines and internet services. Thank you.
