I was at changi airport terminal two, tigerair's service counter, and wanted to inquire if my printed ticket required validation or I could just enter departure hall straight. There was a queue, though not long, but I waited for quite a bit. When it was finally my turn, a middle-aged Chinese woman cut the queue and directly handed her ticket to the tigerair staff right in front of my face, disregarding us in the queue. To my dismay, the staff actually took her ticket and just told me to wait. I was appalled at the unprofessionalism of this staff. He was a male tigerair staff working at the service counter in between row 11 and 12 in terminal two, and this incident happened on 29 July exactly at 6pm. I would suggest tigerair to train its staff on basic courtesy and professionalism and how to handle situations like this fairly.

Despite several call to yr customer service officer. they were unable to assist me nor do not know any person contact at your HQ office.

I have booked online two tickets to Bali today at 21.10pm and 21.22pm.
During the 1st booking when I have keyed in the verification number for my payment the page turned blank. Trying to get back to the page, but in vain. So I key in all over again and gotten the confirmation quote of X9WM8D on my 2nd try.
When I call the card centre they inform that there were two (two) deductions. The deduction quote is at 21.10pm T38950 and on 21.22pm T40617.
We would appreciate it, if, Tiger Airway would refund the duplucate deduction as soon as possible due to the technical fault.

I am flying on 12-06-2013, Bangalore-Singapore via Tiger Airways. On checking with the call centre today morning, a Tiger Airways executive informed me that i could upsize my check in luggage ANYTIME (4 hours prior to Departure) via the call centre. My flight is at 1.05 am on 12-06.13 and i have been tryign to call the call centre since 7.30 pm which is 5.5 hours before my departure however, only after calling i got to know that the Call Centre is closed already and i cannot upsize my check in luggage, unless at the check in counter which is much much more expensive than upsizing via the call
