I book 19 tickets via the group booking system. Was told we need to key in the passenger detail 14 days before the flight, via a link given. Last week, i tried to key in the passenger details. There is a "processing sign" showed up and the portal seem hang. Its a consistent issue. I wrote in for help. No reply. I am going off next week and will miss the deadline if i do not get it done this thurs. Today i called the SG helpdesk. Not surprisingly, the HELPLINE not competent enough to tell us what to do -- other than, "sir please wait for the reply email". It is the same answer despite i told him i am not deaf nor retarded, i understand what he said, but the issue is not resolved. Its is really bad

Hi, I booked a return flight for my wife, booking reference NEMSFB from Manila to Singapore on ten Sept with return on 12 Sept. However, she missed her flight TR 2729 on ten Sept, but instead of assisting her by advising her what to do, your staff at the check-in counter just told her that the flight was closed. I tried calling your office to try and find out what I can do here in Singapore to change this flight, but unfortunately your office was not operating at the early hours. I had no choice, but to booked another ticket on flight TR 2727 on the same day. As your Manila check-in counter staff wasn't helpful at all, is there any recourse for a partial refund for the missed flight TR 2729 on ten Sept 2016. I was at changi airport terminal two, tigerair's service counter, and wanted to inquire if my printed ticket required validation or I could just enter departure hall straight. There was a queue, though not long, but I waited for quite a bit. When it was finally my turn, a middle-aged Chinese woman cut the queue and directly handed her ticket to the tigerair staff right in front of my face, disregarding us in the queue. To my dismay, the staff actually took her ticket and just told me to wait. I was appalled at the unprofessionalism of this staff. He was a male tigerair staff working at the service counter in between row 11 and 12 in terminal two, and this incident happened on 29 July exactly at 6pm. I would suggest tigerair to train its staff on basic courtesy and professionalism and how to handle situations like this fairly.

Our luggage size is 54cm×38cm×23cm and weight is not above 10kg and is allow to bring to airplane and no need to chagre any fee for check in.When we check in at SG changi airport,staff of tiger airways is allow check in luggage without any fee and my luggage is qualified, but when check in at KL LCCT airport at tiger airways counter to come back SG changi airport, the staff call us to pay RM75 to check in ,but my luggage is qualified . She say is different rules between SG and KL. It cant be have this kind of rule in same company. My girlfriend was asking name of the staff,  she just piont out supervisor and say take phote of her go for complain. Even supervisor is not politenes with bad word reply to my girlfriend. It was so not professional treat us.Our flight depart time is 18.35, but even on 17.25 we have not get our luggage to check in. On the situatuon we have no choice to pay for check in.
I want have a nice explain and apologize to us asap.

On 27th August 2013, my wife and I flew from Penang to Singapore on TR2427. My baggage was damaged on arrival in Singapore and a report was filed through your agent at Changi Airport terminal 2. I completed the form and the gentleman said that he would send it to the claims dept. I followed up with an email to tigerclaims@ctplc.com and received a computer generated reply.

I return to Perth on 2nd September 2013 and follow up with another email and to date has not receive any response.

X97B5T is our booking reference number one of the passenger, Leonardo Flores, my 80 year old father cannot make it and we would like to request consideration to get a full refund of his ticket. We live in pasay city in Manila. We experienced heavy flood brought about by the typhoon last Auugust 20 and 21. My father experienced great deal of stress, physical fatigue and he developed skin a skin disease on his feet which makes it very painful for him to walk caused by prolonged submersion in flood water. Have been waiting over two months for a refund due to the flight being returned back to Melbourne because of fog in Perth. Tiger staff a Melbourne Airport offered passengers a refund, but as yet nothing has been received. Have phoned your call center twice only to be told that they will mark it urgent. When quizzed how long does this process usually takes I have been told 3-4 weeks - THIS SITUATION IS UNACCEPTABLE AND IT WAS NOT OUR FAULT. Come on Tiger and pay our refund! We paid you in good faith to get us from A to B which didn't happen. two MONTHS WAITING IS OVER THE TOP!

I was really upset today,I was late15mins before clOsing gate because I came from night shift and rushing for my flight sched,I asked one staff from tiger airways to help me, but then he was scolding me back eventhough I exPlained my side he was rude in answering me...I had been a loyal passenger of tigerairways for 2years plus already, but because of this incident it made me sad and think not to book in this airline again! one incident I ignore after my flight,my luggage was totally wrecked,I never filed any complaint, but this incident tigerairways made me really upset and stressed!...no empathy:(((
