Dear Telcel, I recently moved from Mexico and have requested that my internet service be discontinued as I will not be returning. My account associated with phone number 661-850-0522 has been being paid by Automatic Bill Pay. On February 23, 2015 a letter was delivered to the Rosarito office to discontinue service and to no longer place charges on my card. On March eight, 2015 a charge of $40. 58 by Telcell was posted on my Credit Card account.
