I would like to inform you that I have ordered ten MEXPATTY - SUB WAY from Neelkanth, Karnal, Store - 48063 and Bill Number and Receipt = 0000194345 Dated 17/11/2016 (14:39:51). As I told the person the Sub should be made properly stuffed as I have to served them to my very important clients. But whatever is been served was just pathetic, totally cold, stuffing was not properly done. I have told Subway Person 3-4 times Please make stuffing and topping make properly, but he Ignoring My words. Bad service. As per my experience all my money and time wasted. Hope to get revert as early as possible--

I would like to bring to your notice the Kanpur outlet of Subway is not giving us fresh sub. The quality of bread and veggies is quiet poor. I have enjoyed Subway for ten years in Delhi and i really love it because it is fresh and health, but this Kanpur outlet is not meeting the standards and when you tell the salesperson about the quality they do not take interest. I also asked for the feedback from they refused instead they gave me visitors book. I am really disappointed with this Subway outlet. Kindly look into the matter. Thanks and Regards.
I want to complain about the excruciating service at Subway’s Kanpur city joint, INDIA. I went to the joint today for lunch and ordered a 6” Mexican Patty sub. When I received my order I found out that the patty inside the sub was frozen stiff as if it was straight out of the freezer. When I complained about this to the manager, he didn’t give me a proper solution to my complaint. Infuriated by this, I left my sub there, paid and walked out. If you guys don’t know how to cook a sub, you should at least know how to respond to a customer’s complaint. I pay such high food prices at joints of western companies only because I expect quality control out of them and if this is the kind of shit you’re giving me I can perhaps eat at an Indian restaurant, at least it won’t cost me that much.

I went to Subway Zirakpur at best price and d experience was awful. Firstly d lady staff was very unfriendly and unhygienic. Dey had hair on their arms wich I think is unacceptable in d food industry. Moreover d sub dat I had ordered was not looking fresh particularly d multi grain bread which they had used. I have d bill with me, so kindly look into this matter as soon as possible and respond back.

I was ordering a home delivery at 20:00 hrs on 9th Feb 2015 from your outlet at empire state building Pcmc Pune India. The staff who picked the phone were making fun and I could hear the other staff from the back prompting the guy on the phone to refuse the order. And said sale ko bol do abhi aadmi nahi hai.
Very dirty, filthy, smelly unhygienic washroom in Subway outlet on NH8, near Bharuch Toll plaza, please ensure proper hygiene standards. Also poor cleanliness outside the outlet.
Wish at a f. K. U started in India. There is proper online site here what the services are providing f. K services. I am not sure this is right place to post. Subway is worst.

I went to subway at Walmart in coeur d Alene Idaho today and was treated very poorly. I ordered a six inch roasted chicken breast on flat bread. I ask them to load my sandwich up with lots of veggies and heavy on the pickles. I got five pickles. And less then a eight cup of lettuce. I had to ask four times to give me more veggies. Then I proceeded to the cash register. I told the girl I liked lots of veggies. She rolled her eyes at me said the total didn't ask if I wanted a meal. In fact when she gave me my change didn't say have a nice day didn't give me my receipt. I won't be back
