I want to complain about the excruciating service at Subway’s Kanpur city joint, INDIA. I went to the joint today for lunch and ordered a 6” Mexican Patty sub. When I received my order I found out that the patty inside the sub was frozen stiff as if it was straight out of the freezer. When I complained about this to the manager, he didn’t give me a proper solution to my complaint. Infuriated by this, I left my sub there, paid and walked out. If you guys don’t know how to cook a sub, you should at least know how to respond to a customer’s complaint. I pay such high food prices at joints of western companies only because I expect quality control out of them and if this is the kind of shit you’re giving me I can perhaps eat at an Indian restaurant, at least it won’t cost me that much.
