My name is Abby and recently I purchased Spotify premium. I love and I wanted to share it with my family since they are helping me pay for it. My sister downloaded the app and I was playing music from one location and when she tried to play a different song from another location through my account, it messed everything up and we can not play separate songs at the same time from separate devices. This is ridiculous, I pay something like $11 a month for this music and I can not share it with my family? So basically if my entire family wanted a premium account we would have to pay for each individual person to have one? That's absurd. As with any service, and anything that I am paying for, it should be available at my convenience. If someone could please get back to me on the issue at email@example.com it would be much appreciated.
I deal with password every day, why do I have to change it every time, I try to sign on, because your system does not remember. Also let me add that your contact number's voice mail or mail box has not been set up. So please tell me why, this is going on.

I need someone in your legal department to contact me as soon as possible. We have been trying to contact Spotify Usa for over a week. No return calls. If no one contacts me within the next 24 hours. We will have to contact the U. S. Marshall Department to lodge a complaint. We have to confirm our information with Spotify before the wrong parties are put into the complaint.
