They have no problem ganking the money out of your account, but do not publish a phone number that anyone answers when you need assistance. Don't bother using one of their other crap methods of contacting them, they won't ever email you back or try to contact you in any way. They love to double charge you. Stay away from Spotify they have no clue what customer service is about and grab your cash with both hands. SHADY PRACTICES You suck, Spotify rip off artists.

I need to change my form of monthly payment and because our old one has been cancelled because the credit card is no longer available to us through Costco and yet I have my new form of payment, but cannot reach anyone by phone whether it be USA or International how am I supposed to give you a new form of payment I'm not putting it on the internet I want to know how to give you a full form of payment via phone number please include country code if I have to call outside the US.

Spotify continues to bill me. I can not cancel because I can not log on. I've forgotten my password and when I try to reset it says "Oops, there'a a problem" or "that user name is not associated with your account. " It's impossible to reach you by phone. All the numbers are busy and then go dead. I am so upset. To get my money back I will have to get a new debit card which means changing all my accounts. In future if a company doesn't answer a phone number I will refuse to do business with it IN ADVANCE. I have been trying to cancel for five months. Never even used the service once. My cell phone is 570-677-5040. My Email is MAgnoneRu@aol.com. I would appreciate this being corrected. I've paid out $10. 59 for six months and received nothing in return. Thank you. I set up a Premium Spotify account 2weeks ago which extended an additional 30 day free trial to proceed after my seven day free trial. I submitted a credit card and received an email that I now had Spotify Premium. However, my subscription reverted back to a standard one with advertisement interruption for days now. I spent two days online trying to get in touch with someone to order Spotify for my son who lives out of state. I finally found a phone number and when I call it something different happens each time. It's either busy or full voice mail. After seeing all these complaints I've changed my mind. I wouldn't even think of it now. I'm so glad I never subscribed.

My name is Abby and recently I purchased Spotify premium. I love and I wanted to share it with my family since they are helping me pay for it. My sister downloaded the app and I was playing music from one location and when she tried to play a different song from another location through my account, it messed everything up and we can not play separate songs at the same time from separate devices. This is ridiculous, I pay something like $11 a month for this music and I can not share it with my family? So basically if my entire family wanted a premium account we would have to pay for each individual person to have one? That's absurd. As with any service, and anything that I am paying for, it should be available at my convenience. No one will ever answer at the above number (646-837-5380). I am told the only way to stop the charges is to replace your credit card with a new one. This seems to be a very untrustworthy company.
